Roxy and Sage

I never used to consider myself an artist. When I was small, I used to think art meant exclusively drawing and painting. I guess I slowly realized that art was much more simple than that. It's literally just the embodiment of creativity. I don't always know why I make things, I just do. And I share what I make with others in the hopes that they might not feel alone. Because even if it reaches just one person, I think it makes a difference. It made a difference to me when I needed it most.

I think I'm lucky to have experienced both of these things many different times. I sometimes feel that art is made by the disturbed to comfort both the disturbed and comfortable. 

I chose Roxy and Sage as a name because they represent 2 of the voices in my head. I hear them most often out of all the voices, and they also represent most of the feel and inspiration behind my music. 

I'm inspired by all art, but mostly the stuff I personally like which is a lot of stuff. I'm making a playlist of my favorite songs that I will share on this site when it is finished.
